- Has the hot water gone cold?
- Is the water coming out of the tap at all?
- Check pressure valve release
- Is the fuse blown?

Plumbing issues are a little easier to indicate than electrical issues relating to your water function. Water leaks or No water coming out of the tap are usually signs that you need to call a plumber however, in some instances it could all have started from an electrical issue.
If you have a broken or faulty thermostat that is stuck at a high temperature, it will keep the water almost boiling, this will cause a buildup of pressure inside the cylinder. The pressure valve then kicks in and releases some water which may lead you to think you have a water leak.
The best thing is to do a checklist of the issue:
- Is there leaking water or no water?
- Is there an electrical component controlling this system?
